The Pedagogical coach
The pillars of the groups within the day-care are the pedagogical staff.
They form the basis.
Their attitude, well-being, commitment, opinions, knowledge, social skills, sense of humor, talents and coordination with each other all influence their pedagogical actions in the group.

If pedagogical staff have questions about supervising the children, they can enlist the help of the pedagogical coach. The pedagogical coach comes to the group to observe the employee and/or the child.
In this way, the right solution is sought in collaboration with the pedagogical employee.

The pedagogical coach and you as a parent
When pedagogical employees have questions about the supervision of a child, the pedagogical coach monitors the group. It may be that a conversation needs to be held with you as a parent to see what you do at home and what we do in the group. All this so that there is 1 line in education on the one hand and guidance in the group on the other.
If you have a question about the upbringing or, for example, the behavior of your child, you can always request a meeting.
Together we can check whether your child shows similar behavior in the group and whether your child may be eligible for additional guidance.
